Connected to the winery by massive solid Oregon doors, the Cellar Door Sales and Tasting Rooms are located in the former Auchenflower House Billiard Room, a famous Brisbane landmark and iconic Queenslander, home to three former Queensland Premiers – Sir Thomas McIllwraith, Sir Arthur Palmer and Thomas Ryan. This magnificent historical home has been elegantly restored to capture the former grandeur of the colonial period.  To learn more about the history, come along to one of our farm tours.

At Albert River Wines we pride ourselves on not only producing premium wines but also on being parochial Queenslanders. Our wines are blended from estate grown fruit harvested from our Tamborine vineyards and from quality contract grown Queensland grapes. We strive to produce brilliant wine designed to suit our climate and the preferred tastes of our state.

ARW wines have won many awards since our inception in 2000 including several gold medals at prestigious shows across Australia and the world. We are proud to be a part of the new generation of Queensland wine producers forging a new reputation for great quality wine at a price to suit all of our customers.

Given our popularity and show success it would be easy for us to rest on our laurels but that’s just not our style. We continue to develop and improve our products from vintage to vintage and we plan to expand our vineyards in the near future in order to produce our range entirely from estate grown fruit. We hope you enjoy our wine and join us in our future successes.

Transport is available Australia-wide for only $30 per dozen bottles (minimum shipment is 1 dozen).
